Yoga Rhythms was founded by Jo Moore.

The style has evolved over the last sixteen years from Jo’s training in Yoga Chi Gung, IyengarYoga, Radiant Light Yoga, Pilates, Body Balance and Foundations of Svaroopa. It’s a flowing synthesis of postures and movements, dynamic, approachable and safe for all ages and abilities. Options are given throughout the class so you are able to soften or extend the poses, allowing you to participate at your own pace.
